I understand that it's just hard for students to learn some things and I would love to help a student who is having trouble. If I wasn't going to school for an Associates in Culinary Arts, I would go to school for neurology so I could learn what causes things like Autism, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder and things like that. Those kind of things aren't as throughly understood and might possibly be preventable with more research.
