Education

I attended the University of Georgia from 2012 to 2016. I graduated in May 2016 with degrees in Economics and Biology and a 3.6 GPA. I had experiences in both the business and scientific field. I also had the opportunity to be an undergraduate research assistant and led a group of undergraduate students on an investigation exploring the effects of low dose ionizing radiation on the proteome of the Medaka Fish.

Experience

My love for tutoring comes from my own experiences. I have always been goal-oriented and enjoy developing a focused plan to help my students succeed. I have been a private tutor for the last two and a half years and specialize in math, economics, and the sciences. I primarily work with college and elementary school students and love seeing the joy in my student's eyes when they achieve their goals. I received an A at UGA for the majority of classes I tutor including Introductory macroeconomics and microeconomics, General Chemistry 1 and 2, General Biology 1 and 2, and Biochemistry.

Hobbies

I enjoy running and playing sports. I ran cross country in high school and I run in 4-5 5K races a year. I also enjoy playing basketball and volleyball. I also enjoy hiking, traveling, and reading in my spare time. I have had the opportunity to travel and volunteer in India and South Africa. I also enjoy exploring Atlanta and finding new places to eat in the city.
